About Us
It takes less time to get fit than you think. A lot less! More and more research is showing that short well targeted high intensity workouts can get you as fit as much longer workout sessions. This concept provides for the foundation of our functionally oriented fitness program. Running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, dragging and lifting heavy objects are what the human body is uniquely designed to do. These skills are well addressed at CrosSport and are suited to everybody whether they be athletes, young or old, or just average folks looking to be healthier.
Our program is heavily supervised at all times by the most experienced trainers in the valley.
